Sam Yahel, organista y pianista, vive en Nueva York desde 1990. Yahel ha colaborado y grabado con Joshua Redman, Alejandro Eric, Maceo Parker, Peter Bernstein, Bill Frisell, Kisor Ryan, Rotondi, Jim, Norah Jones, Lizz Wright y Madeleine Peyroux, entre otros. Sam Yahel ha grabado cuatro discos como líder: “Searchin” (1998), “Trío” (1999), “In the Blink of An Eye” (2000), “Truth and Beauty” (2007) y “Yaya3″ (2003).

Matt Penman, bajista neozelandés, se estableció en Estados Unidos en los 90´s. Estudió en la Berklee College of Music y más tarde se estableció en Nueva York. Ha colaborado con numerosos músicos como Nils Wogram, Yahel Sam, Kenny Werner, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Freelon Nneena, David Berkman, el Colectivo de Jazz de San Francisco, Joe Lovano, Dave Douglas, Stefon Harris, Robin Eubanks y Pohjola Mika. Matt Penman ha participado en más de 85 grabaciones, entre las cuales, aparece como líder en “Flipside”(1998), “El inquieto” (2001) y “Catch of the Day ‘(2008).

Sam Yahel, organist and pianist, lives in New York since 1990. Yahel has played and recorded with Joshua Redman, Eric Alexander, Maceo Parker, Peter Bernstein, Bill Frisell, Ryan Kisor, Rotondi, Jim, Norah Jones, Lizz Wright and Madeleine Peyroux, among others. Sam Yahel has recorded four albums as a leader, “Searchin” (1998), “Trio” (1999), “In the Blink of An Eye” (2000), “Truth and Beauty” (2007) and “Yaya3″ (2003) .

Matt Penman, bass player from New Zealand, moved to the States in the 90′s. He studied at the Berklee College of Music and later settled in New York. He has playedd with many musicians as Nils Wogram, Sam Yahel, Kenny Werner, Wolfgang Muthspiel, Nneena Freelon, David Berkman, the Jazz Collective San Francisco, Joe Lovano, Dave Douglas, Stefon Harris, Robin Eubanks or Mika Pohjola.
